Marty D. Nosich has served as acting judge in the Trumbull County Courts for 5 years before being elected and taking office as Judge of the Trumbull County Eastern District Court on January 1, 2019.
Judge Nosich grew up in Fowler, Ohio. After graduating from Mathews High School in 1995, he attended Kent State University, earning his B.A. in History along with a Minor in Pre-Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Akron School of Law in 2003, and subsequently opened his private law practice in Cortland in 2004.
Judge Nosich, his wife Jami Bishop and their two sons reside in Bazetta.
